Our project management team is different than other project management services because we possess an in-depth understanding of the editorial process. In addition  to typical project management services, we also offer an array of services that we refer to as "editorial management."

Together, Sunflower Publishing Services, Inc. and WT Editorial provide clients with a complete range of project/editorial management and editorial services.

Our Project Management Team will do the following...

• prepare client's content management system for the project and establish a file-naming structure
  
• organize and maintain project documents throughout project using client's content management system
• hire and/or manage the editorial team
• manage the product from start to finish
• plan, develop, and modify functional workflows and procedures
• keep workflow on track to meet multiple deadlines
• create detailed batch schedules and update as necessary
• liaise with writers, editors, designers, client representatives, other vendors, etc.
• prepare regular status reports and facilitate status meetings
• create TOCs
  

Our Editorial Management Team will do the following...

• develop prototypes
• develop or adapt guidelines
  
• create manuscript templates
• develop writing and editing checklists and other materials necessary to guide the editorial team
• review resumes and writing samples to assess independent contractors' qualifications
• maintain a question and answer reference document for the editorial team
  
• monitor work produced by writing and editing teams
• review quality of final manuscript
• collect source materials
  
• correlate content with state and national standards
• liaise with project manager about project progress
