worked well with Connie when we were both at Pearson/Scott Foresman, so
when she started her own company, I was eager to hire her for a
project. I hired Sunflower Publishing Services to write and edit
ancillary assessment materials for an elementary Arkansas state studies
program. The work was superlative: well-written, conforming to
standards, and on time. This was more of a challenge than we had
anticipated because in the middle of development, Arkansas changed
their Social Studies standards—but they didn’t change their call date
